Namaste – LOVE AND PEACE
Two of my favorite books on meditation are “Meditation for Beginner” by Jack Kornfield and “The Art of Living” William Hart.
Both are based on Vipassana Meditation; or Mindfulness. Vipassana a Pali word meaning “to see things as they really are“. It is the a form of meditation widely used by Asia and the Buddhist traditions. A mindfulness practice is also called “insight meditation”
